Privacy Policy

Information I collect

I only collect information you choose to give me:

• Contact form: name, email address, project type, budget range, optional website URL, and your message. Used only to reply to your enquiry.
• Testimonial submissions: name, role, company, platform, and the review text you submit. Published on the site if you choose to submit it.
• Analytics: anonymous, aggregated page-view and performance data via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights - these do not use cookies or track you individually across sites.

How your information is used

Contact form submissions are emailed to me via Resend so I can respond to your enquiry - they are not added to any marketing list or shared with third parties. Testimonial submissions are stored and displayed publicly on the site's client-voices section, since that's their purpose.

Cookies & local storage

This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. That's the only thing stored on your device - there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

This site relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

• Vercel - hosting, analytics, and file storage.
• Resend - delivers contact form emails.
• Calendly - powers the “book a call” scheduling widget on the contact page. Calendly may set its own cookies when you use the widget - see Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Neon (Postgres) - stores site content and testimonial submissions.

Data retention

Contact form messages are kept in my inbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Published testimonials are kept until you ask for them to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete any personal information I hold about you - including removing a published testimonial - by emailing me at hello@inagaraj.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
